At Deganwy Marina we operate a tidal gate, which helps to protect the marina from the changing water levels. This gate is an important part of our marina's infrastructure, as it helps to keep the water levels in check and prevent all the water in the marina from draining away. It also ensures that boats can navigate safely in and out of the marina, as well as provides a safe harbour for vessels during low tides. Our tidal gate is designed to be opened and closed at specific times by our trained team of engineers, depending on the tide level, in order to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
